CORAL GABLES, Fla., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Assembly Software, a leading legal technology company serving personal injury law firms, today announced the appointment of Sue Marchant as Chief Product Officer.
Marchant will lead Assembly's product organization, owning platform strategy, roadmap, and the continued development of NeosAI, which is built into the case record with full context rather than bolted on beside it. She joins as plaintiff firms move from case management as a system of record to case management as a system of execution: one that runs the work of every case and assigns each task to the right person.
"Building industry-leading products takes leadership and a deep commitment to driving world class customer outcomes through product, and Sue brings both. Sue has a track record of leading organizations to solve for what customers are trying to accomplish, and that is exactly how we want to build for personal injury firms," said Jonah Paransky, CEO of Assembly Software.
Marchant brings a track record of building and scaling B2B software businesses, most recently as Chief Product Officer at MasterControl, a provider of quality and manufacturing software for life sciences, where she led the company's expansion from a single quality product into a multi-product cloud suite. Earlier in her career she held artificial intelligence product leadership roles at Attensity, inContact and NICE, shipping natural language processing products years before the current generation of legal artificial intelligence tools arrived.
Marchant joins at a point of momentum for Assembly. More than 1,450 personal injury firms run their practice on Assembly Software's case management platforms, including its flagship platform, Neos. At Kalfus & Nachman, a personal injury firm using NeosAI, record review and demand drafting each run about 70% faster. Marchant's mandate is to extend that kind of gain across the case lifecycle.
"Exceptional products are built on a deep understanding of customers, their businesses, and the outcomes they are trying to achieve," said Marchant. "I’m excited to join Assembly as the company continues to advance its AI-powered legal technology, and to help build on its strong foundation of innovation to deliver even better outcomes for firms."
