Hollywood entertainment and industry-defining marketing exec joins Monks to accelerate innovation and deepen partnership across multi-million dollar business
NEW YORK, Jan. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Monks, the global, purely digital, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc., has added Rick Eiserman to its global leadership team, appointing him as a President on the client team. Eiserman brings a legacy of disruption and marketing transformation to Monks, having served as CEO at Hollywood marketing giant Trailer Park Group for more than 16 years and more recently advising integrated marketing for Virgin Galactic, the spaceflight company founded by Richard Branson. At Monks, Eiserman will once again take on an industry-defining role at the forefront of marketing transformation and innovation, leading Monks' Google business globally.
Eiserman will set a forward-looking, integrated vision for one of Monks' most exciting and disruptive teams, supported by end-to-end solutions, including AI transformation and automation, production innovation and creative marketing services under his strategic leadership. Rick will report to Monks Global CEO Marketing Services, Bruno Lambertini.
In this role, Eiserman will help accelerate and expand the integration of Google Gemini across Monks' AI-centric solution Monks.Flow, a collaboration that has already accelerated marketing operations and effectiveness for leading brands including Hatch and Forever 21. Additionally, Rick will support the growth and scale of Monks' end-to-end partnership with Google – from production and creative to AI innovation and strategy.
