Chicago Wedding and Event Lighting Firm Delivers Full-Production LED Dance Floors and Custom Designs
Schaumburg, United States - October 4, 2026 / Elegant Event Lighting /
Elegant Event Lighting, a Chicago-based event production company operating since 2009, has expanded its full-service rental and lighting portfolio to meet growing client demand across the Chicagoland region, now offering a comprehensive suite of options that includes LED dance floor rentals, custom chandeliers, professional uplighting, staging, and tailored lighting design for weddings and large-scale special events.
Full-Production Services for Weddings and Events
Elegant Event Lighting has been serving Chicago-area couples and event planners since 2009, building a portfolio of offerings that spans the full spectrum of event production. The company handles everything from initial design consultation through professional installation and post-event dismantling, all carried out by a dedicated in-house team rather than contracted labor. This approach allows the company to maintain direct oversight of each project from setup to breakdown.
The company's event lighting services include LED dance floors available in multiple configurations, custom chandelier installations, draping, uplighting in a range of colors and intensities, and staging solutions suited to both intimate gatherings and large gala-style events. Each project is designed to align with a client's specific venue, aesthetic, and timeline.
LED Dance Floors and Custom Installations Take Center Stage
Among the company's most requested offerings are its led dance floor rentals, which are available for weddings, corporate galas, and private celebrations throughout the Chicagoland area. The LED dance floor units are professionally installed by Elegant Event Lighting's in-house crew, eliminating the coordination challenges that can arise when clients source equipment and labor separately.
Chandelier installations and custom draping have also become a significant part of the company's project mix, particularly for clients seeking to transform standard event venues into more visually distinctive spaces. Uplighting - used to wash walls, highlight architectural features, or create ambient color throughout a room - is frequently integrated into larger lighting design packages.
Wedding Rentals Serving the Chicago Market
The company has established a focused presence in the wedding market, with wedding rentals Chicago couples and planners have come to associate with professional-grade execution. From engagement party setups to full reception productions, Elegant Event Lighting provides design support alongside the physical rental and installation of equipment, giving clients a single point of contact for their event lighting needs.
The in-house team model means that the same professionals who design a lighting plan are also responsible for its physical execution on the event day. Equipment is delivered, installed, and removed by company staff, a logistical structure that gives venue managers and event coordinators predictability in their planning.
Staging and Structural Rentals Round Out the Offering
Beyond lighting, Elegant Event Lighting provides staging rentals that can be customized to accommodate performers, speakers, head tables, or ceremonial setups. Staging configurations can be integrated into a broader lighting design, allowing clients to coordinate both structural and atmospheric elements through a single vendor.
The company serves a wide range of event types across the Chicago metropolitan area, including corporate functions, social galas, nonprofit fundraisers, and milestone celebrations in addition to its substantial wedding portfolio. Custom lighting design consultations are available for clients who require a fully tailored approach to their venue and event concept.
