SOMERVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Fayette Industrial, a trusted provider of FDA and USDA contract sanitation services, today announced four additions to its team: Shane Barger and Neal Mays as business development managers and Emmett Daniels and Randy Spielmann as vice presidents of operations. The appointments strengthen Fayette's business development and operational capabilities as the company continues to expand.

Fayette has grown by pairing technical sanitation expertise with a personal, people-first approach to customer service. The expanded team will help the company scale its infrastructure and field support while maintaining the safety, quality, reliability and responsiveness customers expect.
"Growth creates opportunity, but it also raises the standard for how we lead," said Carl Haveman, chief operating officer of Fayette Industrial.
Barger brings extensive experience supporting food and beverage manufacturers, with a background in food safety, sanitation programs, operational performance and customer partnership. Prior to joining Fayette, he built significant industry experience with Ecolab, working with customers to improve sanitation effectiveness, strengthen food safety programs, optimize resources and support overall plant performance. At Fayette, he will focus on developing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships and helping food manufacturers identify sanitation solutions that align with their operational and food safety needs.
Mays brings extensive experience in food safety, sanitation chemistry, technical solutions and strategic customer partnerships within the food-manufacturing industry. Before joining Fayette, he held leadership roles with Safe Foods Chemical Innovations, where he worked closely with food manufacturers to strengthen sanitation and food safety programs, improve operational performance and develop solutions tailored to individual facility needs. His combination of technical knowledge, industry experience and customer focus aligns with Fayette's commitment to building strong partnerships and delivering solutions that create real value for customers.
Daniels will help lead field operations, strengthen execution across customer locations and support the systems and accountability required for consistent, audit-ready sanitation services. He will work closely with Fayette's operations leaders and site teams to advance safety, quality and customer performance.
Spielmann brings more than 25 years of sanitation operations experience. He began his career at PSSI as a site manager and advanced to vice president of operations for its Midwest/Canada division. At Fayette, he will help scale operational leadership, develop teams and reinforce the company's focus on safe, reliable execution.
"These appointments are an investment in both our customers and our employees," Haveman added. "We are building the leadership capacity to grow without losing the accountability, flexibility and people-first culture that make Fayette different."
Together, Barger, Mays, Daniels and Spielmann will help Fayette build lasting customer partnerships, support its workforce and deliver consistent sanitation performance as customer needs evolve.
