NTREIS, the premier MLS covering Texas and Louisiana, signs agreement to begin using reData Export for data access and services

SANDY, Utah, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Real Estate Data Technologies, LLC (reData) announced today that NTREIS has entered into an agreement for the reData Export software platform. NTREIS, the premier MLS covering Texas and Louisiana, serves more than 53,000 real estate professionals and will implement the reData Platform to provide a controlled access point for MLS data.

Founded in January 2025 by UtahRealEstate.com, reData Export aims to transform real estate data distribution by providing an efficient platform to supply real estate information to those who need multiple listing service ("MLS") data for research, statistics, and analytics. MLSs across the nation often receive requests from government agencies, universities, economists, and research companies that need access to specific MLS data for market research and legislative analysis. With the reData Export product, NTREIS will be able to license data to these types of entities and provide the data without providing full access to their MLS system, ensuring the confidentiality and data integrity of the MLS.
