Company continues to invest in sales, digital marketing and distribution capabilities
VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 29, 2026 /CNW/ -- Vitality Products Inc. (TSXV: VPI) (the "Company" or "Vitality"), a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of premium vitamins and supplements, today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended July 31, 2026.

Second Quarter Highlights
- Sales increased 54% to $304,773 for the three months ended July 31, 2026 (2025 - $198,309).
- Gross margin on its sales increased to $226,960 representing a 74% gross margin (2025 - $139,706 or 70%).
- The Company invested in sales and digital marketing including a Digital & Amazon Marketing Manager focused on online sales growth.
- Amazon subscribers increased to 1,005 as of September 29, 2026 compared with 296 as of November 1, 2025.
- Product returns remained below 1% across distribution channels.
- The Company reported a net loss of $46,331 or $0.00 per share (2025 - $27,587 or $0.00 per share).
- Increased investment in sales, marketing and personnel contributed to higher operating expenses as the Company builds its commercial capabilities.

Financial Results for the Three Months Ended July 31, 2026
Sales for the Company increased 54% to $304,773 (2025 - $198,309). Gross margin on its sales increased to $226,960 or 74% of sales (2025 - $139,706 or 70%).
The Company reported a net loss of $46,331 or $0.00 per share compared with $27,587 or $0.00 per share for the same period last year. General selling expenses increased to $54,231 (2025 - $25,287) while general and administrative expenses increased to $214,576 (2025 - $137,556).
Wages and salary expenses increased to $155,466 (2025 - $86,962) reflecting investment in additional sales and marketing personnel and resources supporting growth initiatives.
Digital Sales and Customer Engagement
Vitality strengthened its digital marketing capabilities with the addition of a Digital & Amazon Marketing Manager focused on Amazon Canada sales growth. As of September 29, 2026 Amazon subscribers had increased to 1,005 compared with 296 as of November 1, 2025. Subscription enrollment provides an additional measure of customer engagement and potential repeat purchasing activity.
Building the Platform for Growth
Vitality expanded its sales and marketing team to broaden distribution and increase retail and online sales. Priorities include expanding distribution, growing in-store and online sales, strengthening digital marketing and e-commerce capabilities, and researching new products and markets for potential future distribution.
Continued investment in these areas is expected to increase near-term operating expenses relative to prior periods. Sustained sales growth and improved operating results will depend, among other factors, on expanding distribution, acquiring and retaining customers, managing marketing and personnel costs, and securing sufficient working capital.
